  stayed here from the 10th to the 20th of oct 2021 not a great hotel food at pool bar was discusting staff ok but no to helpful would not recommend this hotel to anyone had evening meal one day but food very bad it is definetely not a four star hotel ans i would not return

  Good and rich food for breakfast and dinner. Location to the beach is very good.

  The rooms are relatively sound sensitive. In rooms with sea view you can hear the music from the bar until 23.00 in the evening. With alder children no problem, with smaller children one should pay attention to the location of the rooms.

  Pools not heated in October, food was processed, location of the hotel in the midst of typical tourist town with many more hotels, English bars and pubs, guests in the autumn holidays: mostly seniors and quite many Englishmen

  Sign saying free wifi at reception area, this service was never available at any time. People leaving towels on sun beds for hours and not being present.

  The food is varied and good quality. The dining room staff are friendly and helpful. We were given a room upgrade, perhaps because we were staying for two weeks. The room waa large and very quiet.

  We have stayed twice and the only minor problem is that the balcony has had no sun on either occasion.

  Location, garden, the second room we got was nice, warm with beautiful view. Night receptionist and kitchen staff were kind.

  They should inform the guest on Booked.net that the spa facilities are not included in the price and you can only use them 8-10. We get disappointed when after a walk outside we’re freezing and couldn’t go to the sauna…and the first room we got was very cold. In the standars rooms they have heating only 2 hours in the evening, but I couln’t see the possibility to book superior rooms.

  Although only a 3* hotel the superior rooms are excellent and the food is superb, a foodies delight!

  Have stayed here twice before but I think the standard is not as good as 2 years ago, mainly food was cold etc.

  The stay was OK but no more. It wasn’t bad just very average. There is a sign when you go outside saying it received the best hotel award on the Costa Del Sol……..in 1971!!! which sums it up. It’s OK but it needs updating quite a bit, it looks really tired. I would stay here again though.
