We’ve just got back from a week stay at The Blue Sea Resort. When we arrived at the hotel, we were shown to our room to be told by staff it was “very confusing to get too” we were taken in the lift to the third floor, then taken up a spiral staircase to our room.. 403. When booking we opted to pay extra for a Seaview.. although this room has a sea view.. We were literally on the roof, could see air vents & roof. Just wasn’t what I imagined when paying extra. We went down to reception & spoke to a Gentleman (young & bald – didn’t get a name). He was understanding & said we could change rooms but wouldn’t able to for 2 days, those 2 days passed & I received phone call from the Gentleman saying we could view the new room, we did & were so impressed. We swapped room & were given a voucher for the spa as an apology. Food is nice but gets very repetitive, is literally the same thing every night apart from Saturdays when they do a BBQ, beach bar food is slightly different to the main restaurant but again is very samey. We ate out 3 times in the evening, went to a local bar that is less than 5 minute walk from hotel & twice in Falkirki Town which is about 20 min walk or €8 in taxi. Drinks are interesting, the cocktail range isn’t very big or tasty 🤣 I stuck too sex on the beach, my partner stuck to Larger. The swimming pools & area is always clean & tidy, the swimming pool itself (only went in the swim around & infity style) were FREEZING!!! Despite being in the sun all day, was very very cold! Top of the pool area can reserved very quick due to being in the sun all day! The beach area again was clean, no rubbish & always spaces available. We always found the staff were always helpful, friendly & the animation team were always enthusiastic. Definitely would recommend this hotel, very close to the town, 30 min walk or €8 in the taxi. Plenty do to & see!! Well needed & enjoyable stay! …
We had a lovely holiday at Blue seas resort. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the restaurant staff. The food was great value and everything we needed was included. Our rooms were clean and tidy. The whole hotel was spotless. We were able to really relax. Lovely pools too. We traveled with our teenage children who loved it too. We are not into joining in with entertainment but it was there if you wanted it but not forced. As animal lovers it was really nice to see how well looked after the hotel cats are. They made our holiday even more special. We will definitely return and recommend this holiday.
The rooms of this hotel have a very relaxing and ambient tone, they are also very clean and sanitized. The food is very good and the staff very polite. Also the beach is very nice and sandy! For me needs its all I want.
On top of our relaxing holiday on the beach, we decided to get a full body massage at Aegeo for 50min. Rafaela, Nicol, and Anastasia did a good job explaining the packages to us, and the therapists Vasilis and Despoina were super awesome in creating a relaxing atmosphere too. Time flew by and we left the room way more relaxed than we first came in!
The team at aegeo spa really did a great job making us feel welcomed (shoutout to Rafaela,Nicol and Anastasiia who expllained to us thoroughly the services they provide). Our massage therapists Vasilis and Despoina have given us a very nice full body massage that i felt in heaven for 40 minutes. They have magic hands. Definitely worth your money!!
Enjoyed our stay but there were a few problems. Firstly we arrived at 2:30am and was told our room wasn’t ready because the hotel is booked up. We had to stay in the annex across the road, we didn’t get our room until 12:30pm. We were however given late check out for free because of this. Guests are extremely rude which isn’t the hotels fault but that did slightly ruin the holiday as it wasn’t a nice atmosphere to be around. People were too full on at meal times and swarm around you to get to the food I was barged many times by other guests. Also when me and my boyfriend were walking past other guests they would nudge us instead of politely stepping to the side like we were doing. The hotel is really nice from the outside, pools are lovely and we loved that their was a private beach however the hotel inside isn’t as nice. The carpets in the corridors to the room were stained which made it look really scruffy as well as chipped paint on the walls which was very noticeable. The rooms are basic which we didn’t mind but the bathroom wasn’t the best, stained ceiling and a grubby bath it felt very unclean. The food was really nice and had lots more options than other hotels I have been to, I thought there was a good variety. Staff were polite, there was a nice lady of receptionist I’m not too sure of her name I think it was Melanie (she had ginger hair). I expected Faliraki to be a lot closer than it was it takes about 20 minutes to walk which we did a few times. The bus stop is very handy just outside the hotel which goes to Rhodes town for 2.50 euros (they don’t accept card payment). Rhodes was a nice town but quite disappointing was expecting it to be more historic. Overall we had a nice holiday but wouldn’t probably not return.…
Fantastic service and treatment.Reception staff Nicol Rafaela and Anastasia incredibly friendly and helpfull when confused about something and make you fell completely relaxed at the hotel.Therapist katerina gave me my massage and Knew all the places of stress I had and gave special attention to them, also used the perfect amount of pressure I needed,Vasilis was my mums therapist and also had an amazing technique which my mum said felt amazing and incredibly relaxing.100% recommend for anyone seeking relaxation.
very enjoyable stay. The property is very close to the beach. Delicious food available at any time of the day. But !!! the animators out there are the best thing that could happen. wonderful !!! I met fantastic people Lisa, Maureen, Charlie, Chanel, Yesi, David i miss you!!! ♥️♥️♥️
Visited for a week with my family and we loved our stay. The staff was friendly and nice, arranging a lot of activities like water polo, water zumba, volleyball, football and other activities. The hotel was of great quality, with nice rooms, great food, drinks could have been better but for an All-Inclusive hotel some qualities can’t always be perfect. The hotel was close to Faliraki, a nice little town with lots of places to see for both adults and children. Would reccomend for families travelling to Rhodes.
