not clean ,dusty bathroom and even we stay at comfort room.we bought it from secret escape as comfort room but couldn’t see that quality unfortunately .I don’t think staying again in that hotel breakfast was good

nice hotel, great rooms and wonderful breakfast with super nice personell, just the guy at the service desk was not to friendly, it seemed a bother to him when we asked him something. Great connection to public transport

The room was basically clean. Minibar was not filled and the room interior had lot of abrasive marks . Bathroom had some fungus part ant the repair marks on the tile were also visible the same like open bore holes . The window were not cleaned too and the room was cold as we entered and at the last the bed for the children was not there as we have ordered. The brakefast was so so with cheap bread and scrambled egg from the box . Nutella was also not available

The hotel is very clean. And the stuffs are friendly too. The location is cool. You have fast access to the city. The breakfast was good with different options. I recommend it to anyone who want to visit Hamburg.

Great location, close to SBahn and only 15mins from town. Excellent staff at reception and in the restaurant. In generally good condition but the rooms need renovation. Carpets and showers are no longer ok for this price category. When picking something of the floor I saw the state of the carpets and was a little disgusted. The shower floor too was stained and had visible mould. But with good parking, great team, good breakfast and reasonable price, I would defintely consider returning in the future.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are big and clean, beds excellent and very nice with a coffee maker in the room. Staff friendly and accommdating. Very good breakfast with a large celection to choose from.

Nice hotel. The area was really nice, with nice restaurants, public transportation and shopping close by. The stay was just as expected and the staff was very friendly and service minded. The hotel might need an update, but it was nice and clean

payed 200 euro for a nigth.. get to the hotel and got room which was for disabled people. its not what i payed for !! if i knew i would go somewhere else. therr are hundreds of different hotels. which offer bettet stay at this rate!!

This barman really let the hotel down and ruined what was otherwise a nice experience. I have never encountered something like this in my life. It is quite clear he does not value the visitors of the hotel.

I stayed 5 nights and it was great value for money, Good breakfast and pleasant staff especially at the breafast area. Good access to shops and S Bahn. Internet was working fine. Only downside was that lounge was closed but did get compensation. Room had a fridge and amenities. Overall good stay.
