I would really recommend this hotel for couples or friend groups. The food is excelent there and they have a big sellection of desserts. The music and games are always good too. The animators are very friendly and entertaining, aleways encourage you to play some games so you are never bored 🥳🥳

Very Nice hotel.. Their animationteam – Especielly Dio was great. Allround goodguy, funny and involving The buffet is better than other buffets i’ve been to with all inclusive. We was here with two friends. The Beach is nearby, and thats also a good thing id you want a swim in the sea.

We came here first time and what can we say its not worth 5*. First of all the staff at the reception is rude, they wanted to sell for us a sea view room for extra 70€, after we told that we dont need that they started to laugh.And finally you can see almost from all of the room sea😀Second you are sayingt that you speak russian and english and they ar starting to speak in german and looking at you like you are stupid.Only the luggage boy was really nice and helpful,thanks for that.In the restaurant food always the same, looking at all the staff it looks like they hate their job,nobody is happy or polite. Swimming pools are two,but they are small and you need to come 7oclock to get free space.Unfortunately we will not come back

We come 3 a 4 times in the season since 8 years. It was like our second home. But now we can say when management don t change again we never come again and also a lot off friends say it was never so bad as now. It s a hotel for adults and animation is like for childeren. Never before so bad an unkindly animation team. The personal off restaurant and bar are very kindly. It s to come never again.

Hotel lovely food good. This hotel is aimed at the 18s to 25s. Entertainment all for them. Music blasting all night long until 2am. They come around asking people to join in only if your under 25. Any one older gets ignored. They just want to party all night with the younger clientel. Bar staff miserable. Yet laugh and lots of smiles with the younger people. Hotel in the middle of no where,so cannot walk to anywhere. However we got a bus to Alanya City Centre 20 min away with ,shops and somewhere different to go. We did a trip and did this ourselves as the Hotel offer no trips to anywhere. Spa good and staff lovely but you are paying for that. Beach nice and serving food staff helpful. Beach attendance chap not interested in getting you a umbrella ,but not enough to go around.…

This hotel is very nice, many activities and nice peopke around. I really have fun here the workers are very nice to us they Player many games with us like waterball and dancing. We also go to Clubs which is so nice. Dio and atom are very nice to us they give there best to make fun in the hotel

the hotel is very nice, we especially recommend the animators Dio and Alpert who have a lot of positive energy and one of the bartenders named Gokhan, who is an incredibly nice and polite man. The food is very good and varied. Summing up, the hotel is recommendable.

First time visiting turkey and if everyone was this nice I’d be coming back every 6 months! The staff are professional and beyond helpful, hotel is stunning with beautiful views, l and the best part had to be Sergen and Alper the entertainers. They have everyone up all day doing activities wether it’s in the pool or on the bar area just amazing! These two make the hotel amazing! Will be coming back here every year for sure! 10 star if I could give that much! Oh and the food, delicious. I’m a fussy English eater and even I can eat 3/4 times every day!

My partner and I stayed at the Michell Hotel for 8 nights. Best holiday ever. Sergen was amazing and made our holiday! My partner has a new best-friend for life! Entertainment every night was great and the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We will definitely be back next year 🙂

Very good and nice hotel! The hotel is clean, the room was also comfortable. The food was okay, Turkish hotel food as usual, nothing special. The fruit selection was really good and loved it. The best part of the hotel were the animators, very friendly – good communicators, good program. It can be seen that they like the work they do. They take good care of hotel guests and involve people in programs. Their energy is contagious 🤩 I definitely recommend the hotel if you want to have a pleasant time!
