The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, delicious and varied food. The animation program is interesting, there are contests and cool music every day. There is a bar on the beach, you can have a snack, and the water is clean. We did not regret that we chose this hotel.

Rested with a group of friends, 5 days. The restaurant has very tasty food, the staff is very attentive. The reception has Russian-speaking staff. The animation program is not as active at this time of the year, but still a lot of fun. Large and clean pool, comfortable sun loungers. The rooms are cleaned every day. Excellent youth hotel, I advise everyone!

We were 3 person in the hotel. And we really liked. Also me I loved that hotel. Absolutely we will come back. Drinks are really really good. Also meals. Perfect. It was best hotel experience for me. For now see you later.

This hotel for every party people. I went with my friends and we all together liked. Now we are thinking about come back. This hotel not like other hotels in Alanya. Night organization realy funny. Superrr

I went with my friends. And we really liked. Room was clean and fresh. Also meals was definitely nice. Probably i m gonna come back again. My friends aslo liked. Beach staffs were nice and kind. If you want to come here. Just come don t think. Cause you wont be sąd.

Everything was nice. Hotel rooms clean and housekeeping done daily. Mixture of various food and drinks. Interesting evening events with animation team, nice music after the events at pool bar. Nice snacks menu at hotel and beach bars. Things to remind yourself – many russian tourists, not so safe place. 150€ vape stolen in hotel on 2nd day of a stay.

Before I’ve planned my trip I was searching for good hotel reviews and ended up with Michell hotel.. and now I understand why there was a lot of good reviews…. First of all – most of the reception staff was very rude. So we have ordered hotel transfer from airport and it never arrived..! Had to take a taxi and pay more for trip. When I have mentioned it to the staff they blamed me and said I was lying… guy from reception said – don’t make it difficult! At the last day we wanted to double check with receptionist about the pick up times – she was not taking any notice of us and were talking on the phone and sorting out her paperwork. After 10mins we got an answer. Second – food was not good. Very poor kitchen and not nice taste.. but most of kitchen staff were polite. Third – that was a shock for me – staff made me write a nice review here!! Guy was really annoying and made me and my friend write a review – then he take a photo as a proof. Obviously management making them do that.. Happy with rooms – nice and decent size, very clean. Room service ladies were really nice. Big shout out to beach staff – lovely bar people, nice food, everyone was really polite, beach was clean and tidy. Also big shout out to guy from spa centre – very lovely guy! Overall – most of the staff are not polite, pool guys are really annoying, I do understand thats their job but its really annoying I was there for relaxing holidays not busy. All hotel is very clean. Food was poor except at the beach bar. Alcohol was very poor. And the most shocking that they made us write a review… …

The hotel is fantastic. Nice facilities and a wonderfull amount Of Nice and professionel staff members. Good food, drinks etc and have all you need. They make Daily activities for the guests games, dancing and etc. In the night they have different entertaining shows at the pool bar and close to the Beach and centrum in Alanya. No wonder why it has 5 stars. Thumbs up from here

The hotel is really amazing, only adult and near the beach. Good food and location, ultra all inclusive and lot of ways to enjoy your holiday ! Staff is professional and very welcome. Thank and we’ll be back ofc!

The best hotel in Alanya, we had honeymoon and for this its just amazing atmosphere, best thing is that hotel is only adult concept …))))amazing staff, animation team is doing great . amazing food and location, very warm employees! for sure we will come back!
