  Worth its 3 stars. Breakfast is great and also staff is kind. We had a beach view and a heating system and a study table. Next to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

  The staff were friendly and the setting was stunning. We stayed for 7 nights here, loved Can Pastilla district. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose Saulo.

  Bathrooms need to be renovated. Furniture in the room and on the balcony is old, as is the furniture in the guest rooms.

  I did’nt like paying you 15% extra at Booked.net it did’t say that I had to as I would have gone to the Hotel direct as we have stay there before but lost the web name.

  Very noisy, walls are made of paper ! Also breakfast & dining area is small and allowing a free for all for inconsiderate smokers in the enclosed space was the worst I have experienced! Would never return even if I was paid to stay there !!

  Although the area is geared to German visitors, thanks to receptionist (Sophia?) I had no problems, especially organising taxis – which I found a bit expensive but practical.

  this is a very good hotel. It is located near the airport. You can easily reach either to the city center or to the airport. The buffet breakfast is also sufficient for the money. The rooms are comfortable modernly decorated and big enough for a two person stay.

  The curtains could be better cleaned. And the most irritating thing is the internet connection. It always had a connection problem. But there were two computers in the entrance for a better connection and the wi-fi was better in the ground floor.

  Excellent position, overlooking the fabulous white sand beach (which was cleaned daily) The small road in front of the hotel was very quiet, used mainly by the small sightseeing train, a few pedal bikes and now and then the horse drawn carriages taking visitors around Can Pastilla in style. The Rodes hotel was very clean and all the staff very helpful and pleasant, special mention for Sofia on reception, she always had a smile for everyone and nothing was too much trouble for her, she chatted with all nationalities.

  Stayed there for several days in June 2011. Hotel freshly renovated, it’s very clean, personnel is kind and helpful, most of them speaks english. Hotel is located right on a beach; you should just cross a bicycle road. Very quiet location, though there are lots of bars/restraunts nearby. Just 10 minutes ride on a public bus from the airport. It takes ~40 minutes to get to Palma.

  The hotel is excellent – only one km from the airport, but its still quite, never mind the planes. If you prefer public transportation, there are 4 lines on the next corner, which take you directly to the airport (2.5 euros in 2011) or to Palma (1.25 euros), but you will find parking places for the rental car, too (at least at the end of May). The hotel looks nice, trendy, it is right on the beach, the rooms are air conditioned, breakfast is very good (it would be great if it was a little bit more varied), average restaurant price, good quality food. The staff was also very kind…

  The bed. Oh, those beds. As many of other guests who rated, we found the beds poor – we sank in it, and it was noisy-creaky – this problem should be fixed and then everything will be superb!
