This was my second trip to Hvar and once again my favorite party island in Croatia did not disappoint! I was lucky to be able to stay at the Adriana Hvar Spa Hotel again and spend a relaxing afternoon at their beach club Bonj ‘les bains’. At night my friend Misha and I enjoyed cocktails and a killer view from the hotel’s rooftop bar, before heading out to the best place to party on the island, Carpe Diem Bar. This time we were a little more mellow, but on my first trip we continued the party on to Carpe Diem Island, which I highly recommend if you are in the mood to watch the sun rise on one of the most beautiful places in the world…

On my last adventure I was with a big group of friends so we hired a private boat from Filip’s Marina to take us from Trogir to Hvar. This time we took the JADROLINIJA ferry from Split to Hvar. It took almost two hours but it was air-conditioned and only $10, so definitely the way to go if you are on a budget.
Two things I love about the Adriana Hvar Hotel, amazing views of the harbor, and their complimentary champagne buffet breakfast!
Bonj ‘les bains’ is one of my favorite beach clubs. It is the perfect place to relax, tan, swim and enjoy cocktails, great food and a massage, seaside.
Hvar has quickly become one of the most popular destinations in the Adriatic, so it’s expensive and crowded during high season (May-Sept). But the island is still the perfect mix of beauty and fun. A definite bucket list must!
