  Greatly enjoyed how SUPERIOR the property was. Hotel’s chef helped us a lot! Comforts of superior twin room were fabulous – a mini bar fridge, flat-screen TV and a writing desk.

  I liked the kinndness of the staff. The swimminh pool and the beach are very close to each others. Many facilities.

  The beach is surrounded by a huge and horrible concrete protection. Impossible to swim in the sea, no depth inside the concrete protection and it is dangerous to pass beyond this wall. Water activities like diving ot visiting other islands are not managed by the resort, they are overpriced and you can only pay by cash.

  Service is completely perfect at this hotel. Everyone is friendly, helpful, wam, smiley and service-oriented. Restaurant opens 24 hours everday. Spa is the best one I have never had. The private beach is good, clean and tidy. Security at the swimming and the beach side is good. So many security offiers working there so protect you while serving you.

  Wi-Fi can be connected at the balcony but do not cover inside the room. Shower is a bit dirty but acceptable. No hot water from the shower.

  I didn’t like that our shower broke that night – but it was easily fixed by the in-house plumber

  Overall, I really liked the resort. The staff was really pleasant and helpful. It’s a beautiful place and real easy to set up activities. However, I found it a bit easier to do that with the locals rather than directly through the resort.

  My only complaint is that you can’t just walk out the resort. Granted, if you do there’s really nowhere to go. So, tours and cars are necessary to see the sights.

  I did not enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

  I did not like the location of the hotell, beach area and access through a lot of security. Outside helpers were annoyng offering their services through the wall which separated the hotel area from outside world.

  We had a great time at Costabella. It was a perfect place for my boyfriend and I to unwind and relax in each other’s company. Great place and easy on the budget. The only thing that was amiss was the crab that we orderd for our dinner-it wsnt that fresh. But excluding that, it was perfect! Thank you, Costabella!

  Hotel stuff was very friendly, nice and helpful, they allowed early check in for us at 9 am free of charge; spa in hotel is really nice; hotel travel agency arranged a perfect 1 day trip to Bohol island for us

  Territory is quite small; due to strong tide it is not possible to swim in the see most of the day, while pool was crowded and with cold water

  The stuff was really nice, room was clean, food was good and the resort was nicely made.

  The location was really bad, cause there was nothing in the neighbourhood you could do and the resort is really small so after 2 days you really got bored. You only could eat at the resort, as said because of the location and the food was kind of expensive.

  Generally the rooms are clean and big. The food is generally ok. The hotel has created a private beach so the sea water is generally cleaner. However the location of the resort is too secluded. Not possible to walk out by ourselves.
