  Staff was very friendly.

  Hygiene in the dining area (outside). . Tables and chairs for eating at breakfast (outside area) were not cleaned. . . Food to my opinion not recommendable.

  The breakfast buffet was very plentiful, the rooms in bungalow style were pleasant with a small garden and terrace with table and chairs. The entire complex was very well maintained.

  The bathroom was big and there you could put some shelves and some hooks for the towels. The living room lacked a wastepaper basket. The TV reception was not optimal.

  Breakfast was very tasty. And at the live cooking station you could get something freshly prepared. . The rooms were relatively large and the bed very comfortable.

  The animation program was relatively unspectacular. . The food partly very cold. The background music at the bar (piano music) ran 24/7 and was really annoying at some point.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bungalow complex is attractive and offers plenty of space. The location is very quiet. . . There is a regular free shuttle service.

  The breakfast buffet was the same every day, the dishes offered were of medium quality, the freshly prepared egg dishes tasted best of all. The music was too loud sometimes. Although the sea is only 500 m away according to Google maps, the actual access to the sea is 3 km away.

  unprofessional staff, charged us full sum of accommodation price from credit card! Had to be assembled several times until we got the refund!

  I like that apartments are in a separate houses. The room is big, light and very comfortable. Perfect breakfast: hot dishes, fruits, vegetables, sweets etc. It is far to the beach (minimum 40 minutes by foot), the distances in Maspalomas are huge! But there is a free bus some times per day from the hotel to the beach.

  Who are interested in playing golf, it is perfect location, but if you come there only for the beach, it is better to find something more close to the coast. But anyway, it was a pleasure to stay there even if it was so far.

  The excellent and versatile dinners, however this is definetely not for weight watchers.

  Coackroaches, however I understand they are next to impossible to eradicate in a warm climate and I am sure the staff is doing their very best to tackle the problem.

  no ripp off at the bar – very fair prices which makes u stay there and have another drink or snack. very nice modern room. good cleaning.

  it was said we there will be satellite tv and interent acsess, however there were 4 chanels to watch – and no internet!breakfast was the same every single day and in couple of days we couldnt see it or even think of it anymore.

  The pool was lovely. I also liked that it was set a bit out of the main area, so it was quiet and felt relaxing. The grounds were very pretty and well maintained, and the rooms were clean and spacious.

  The pillows were a bit lumpy, and the food was just okay. I recommend getting breakfast but not the full meal package. The staff at the front desk were helpful when you asked for things, but it certainly wasn´t service with a smile.

  The fact that the rooms were separate bungalows.

  Could not get WiFi in the rooms/bungalows because the route server was held in the main reception area and going out to the bungalows the WiFi signal was no existent (had to come out of room and work close to reception for a WiFi signal).

  The hotel is located in a very quiet area, the atmosphere of the hotel is rather quiet too. If you want a place to really chill out and yet have access to other places by transport which is provided, this place is ideal.

  wide choice of breakfast food to suit everyones taste. Lovely pool and apartments were very clean. The environment was well kept with lovely flowers and plants and very clean too.

  We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and had no complaints.
