Great family holiday destination.. good modern rooms, clean resort and staff helpful throughout our stay. Great choice of pools and kids water slides with splash pool. Food was presented well in restaurant area and with a snack bar throughout the day near the main pools it’s was great with the kids.
7 nights self catering with a pre teen. Great location just 5-6 min walk from beach, nice & quiet location at night but if you get noisy people in neighbouring apartments you will hear them as walls thin & can hear everything. Bedding & towels clean enough & changed frequently but kitchen drawer & cupboards were grubby/sticky, very poor selection of kitchen equipment if you did plan to do more than just eat cereal & make a cuppa. Sofa covers tired & suspect not washed often. Our bath in room 104 was disintegrating under the non slip bath mat, cracked tiles & as per another review our mirror was lined with white gaffer tape! Grubby wonky bedside wall lamps & floor dirty under the beds. Balcony was large & our street view above & to right of the main entrance was pleasant &…
Amazing location in Alcudia, the beach is 5-7 min walk, the seaside is paradise with pines all around. The town centre and port is about 15 min walk. Spar shop just next to hotel. Lydl is 10 min walk. The lobby and restaurant is okay but outdated. The room is nice but not new. It has little kitchennette and separate bedroom which is handy with children. The balcony on 4th floor, for small children is not safe but we didnt let ours go out there. The room was cleaned well and regurarly. The food has ups and downs. Mondays are Spanish nights and food served included prawns, salmon, muscles, calmari, patatas bravas, tortilla and Octopus! Other nights there was blue cheese and jamon! But some nights was basic food. Kids had pasta, chips and ice cream. The watermelon and cherries…
We booked the hotel directly, finding better offers on their booking site. We had an appartment 2nd floor, with swimming pool view. Not noisy at all. Cleaning is done well and regularly, breakfast is buffet and has variety, the swimming pool water is warmed, restaurant offers every night live shows, personnel is nice and polite.
We have arrived back in the uk today from our 10 day stay here, rooms where unsafe for kids balcony didn’t lock on patio door. Beds had to be asked to be changed on 4? And was told to come get the clean towels myself as staff where “busy” Food left a lot to be desired for …. Pool side bar kelts being closed due to malfunctioning and pool overflowing due to malfunctioning etc …. No snacks for kids apart from icecream in tubs anything else had to be paid for even though we already paid £5,600 for our all inclusive holidays… spent more Money in the supermarket! Staff where rude and very prudish with the way especially spoken to British people ! No entertainment for kids ! All in all I will be heading back to club Mac next year !! Avoid not worth the money !
We stayed here for 10 days at the end of June into early July and we enjoyed our time here. The hotel is one of the older ones in the area but it is clean and the staff were all pleasant. The rooms are a bit dated compared to some but the lady that cleaned ours always did a good job. The rooms are a bit noisy and you can hear others around you next door and above plus people running up and down the corridors was noisy at night but that will only happen when there are people there that do that sort of thing. The pool was pleasantly warm and the area was tidy with enough sunbeds for us. The drinks in the bar are a reasonable price and the measures of spirits are generous. Entertainment was on most nights but the strange thing was that at 11pm everything stopped lights on and the…
As many hotels it’s a little dated but perfect for our family of four holiday. We took our 4yo autistic son and 5mo and it was perfect. The staff were all lovely and accommodating to our needs and couldn’t fault them. It was small enough we could keep an eye on our 4yo and it was calm enough that he didn’t have too many meltdowns. The location was lovely not too far from restaurants and the beach and we could easily find everything we wanted. We would recommend to anyone from couples to families to groups. Thankyou
My friends and I stayed here for a week at the end of May 2022. Although the rooms could do with a lick of paint, they are clean, comfy and generally quiet at this time of year although I was disturbed by rowdy guests below on two early mornings. Each room has a good sized balcony. The staff are welcoming and helpful from the reception to the restaurant, bar and room service. The food was good and plentiful. We stayed half board but on two occasions took advantage of the all inclusive lunch menu for €11. Inclusive drinks for lunch made paying for tap water at dinner a nonsense and the proprietors would be well-advised to discontinue this levy. At the price we paid, this hotel is almost faultless.
This is a lovely hotel run by lovely people. We had a wonderful stay here – rooms are nice and staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are clean and pool area is nice and gets lots of sunshine. We went all inclusive and the food is a little hit and miss but we were never hungry. It’s a 4 minute stroll to the beautiful beach and there is a shop on the corner for snacks, water and pastries if you want. Great position in Alcudia and even evening entertainment. We especially liked the Abba night! On our last day we were allowed to have all inclusive all day and evening before our coach came and there is a shower and towels available for use after checked out. All in all lovely!
My husband, teenage daughter and I just spent a week at this hotel as a cheapy getaway. We were all inclusive. The hotel was clean and our room again, clean but pretty dated and could do with some repairs. Ie: the bath was chipping away and the mirror was secured with gaffa tape. Staff, no complaints. Food. Like I said, all inclusive but we use it for breakfast, lunch and drinks (we enjoy going for a meal at night). Breakfast was the usuals, bread, pastries, bacon, eggs etc. was all fine but occasionally a random vegetable dish would be on which I noticed was from yesterdays lunch. Lunch there was salads, paella, a pasta etc. plentiful and some dishes were pretty tasty. Can’t comment on tea but I did had a look one night and it looked similar to lunch. Pool was nice and a…
