Had a brilliant holiday booked up to go again in September. Staff are amazing they went out their way to help. The water slides and the wave pool are great fun. Can’t wait till September to see you all again Tom room 1132 2/3/23 to 9/3/23

One of the best family holidays we’ve had in a while 🙂 The hotel itself was great with lots of water slides etc., without having to go to the actual water park next door :-). The kids pools all had slides etc., and with plenty of life guards in attendance we always felt our 4yr old grandson was safe. Plenty of slides for the (not so) grown ups too! Our rooms were kept spotless and well stocked with water, fruit, etc. The selection of food available in the many restaurants was tasty and well presented. There are numerous little bars and cafes dotted about the resort, all giving off a bit of a different vibe, Italian Coffe shop, French street corner bar, etc. But what really made our holiday were the people. I’ve been to Egypt many times and the Egyptian people are amongst the friendliest you’ll find anywhere but this resort has got some really special people working their who became friends overnight. They are all outstanding people who can’t do enough to help make your stay a good as possible but special mention needs to go Ahmed Salah and Muhammed Abdullah in the Asiatique. Islam and ALL the guys in the lobby bar. Special, special mention for Ahmed Gamal and his fellow life guard (who I’m ashamed to say I can’t remember his name) made my grandkids holiday one they won’t forget!! Once again a massive thank you to ALL the staff at Aqua Blu, Sharm for making this such a great holiday. Hope to see you all again soon!…

It was very nice experience and beautiful hotel. Very good food and friendly employees. I would espacially like to praise animation people. They do their job very good and take care of people. Love this people and hot! Best holiday ever! Thank u very much ❤️

5th time visiting this hotel and another amazing stay. From the minute you check in to check out the staff can’t do enough for you all so friendly and helpful going above and beyond. The hotel areas are spotless and constantly cleaned. A special mention to Mr Mahmoud the reception supervisor his team are a credit to him. The rooms are spotless and so spacious we had room 6101 and our cleaner ibrahim Ahmed went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The added bonus was the heated pools and the Choice of food and beverage items. We especially enjoyed the coffee shop in the evening whilst watching the animation. Thank you to each and everyone of the team at Aqua Blu for another fantastic holiday from the Lewis family . We shall see you again very soon! …

3rd time at the hotel, I really can’t fault it. This time it was myself, my partner, and out 9 month old baby. We initially chose another hotel, but after 1 night we decided to change and come back to the Aqua Blu. It’s for the convenience of having everything needed for a young family. The heated pools were fantastic to introduce our baby to the water and swimming. The facilities were as expected, and the evening entertainment was on point, something different every night. Hats off to the entertainment team by the way, always full of energy and smiling. We had a ground floor room, opposite the aqua park, and that was fine for us. It’s a great hotel for families, and you can just enjoy yourself here, without having to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. I will have no hesitation coming back here when we are back in Sharm. …

Well the hotel was incredible. From the food to the slides you can’t fault a thing. A big shout out to all the animation team for all there hard work. Mido expecially he was a legend. I would recommend this hotel to anyone of any age. Loads of fun to be had.

13 MARCH 2023 Hotel is great for children over 1.20 in height so that they can use the majority of the flue rides otherwise they have pretty much got to stick with the tiny tots pools and slides. The food is absolutely repetitive. So much so it gets to the point that we were fed up looking at the same old dishes over and over again completely tasteless. NOW THE BIG ONE AND NOT THE HOTELS FAULT…!! Certain guests (and there are many of them..!! ) from different cultures shall we say..!! Have absolutely NO IDEA about queuing up and will definitely push in front of you as if you are not there. You may as-well be invisible. They talk and shout at the top of their voices and drink alcohol like fish.. Horrible very loud mouthed. They are rude to the staff and very very ignorant. Unfortunately this type of hotel will attract these types of people in their droves it’s not the hotels fault. Its For this reason we have only given this review a VERY LOW 3.. We would definitely not be returning here again and are pleased to get away from these types of guests which are plentiful. It’s a strange culture that believe that their disgusting habits and ways are acceptable to decent people..…

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the kids had so much fun and there was so much to do. I took my son for his birthday and Zain from House keeping went above and beyond to decorate the bed and room and even provided us with a cake. He was so polite and humble too. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help you with any problems you have. The hotel manager Mohammed was extremely helpful ( and very good looking too 😛) and wanted to make sure our stay was the best possible stay we could have. The man at reception even printed our boarding passes out before we left and gave us a late check out for free. Another man in another restaurant gave us milk in the evening for my son too. I can say for sure I will most definitely come back to this hotel. The only negative thing I have is very small and it’s that the pillows are far too thick, especially as majority of people that come to this hotel are children, I think you should provide thinner pillows. Variety of food and all drinks included, a number of restaurants available to eat from. The local shops are literally a two minute walk on either side of the hotel. Be careful with taxis though, they will literally try to rip you off as soon as they see you are foreigners. It will be in your best interest to haggle and start off with a low price. Even the shops charged me more than they should have when I went to buy some things. All in all though my holiday was wonderful. I wish Zain and Mohammed all the best and thank them then sincerely.
