Hotel was decent and is a good location near the colosseum. Staff at front desk were fantastic and very helpful. Basic room right at a three, we upgraded our room and it was much nicer and with air. Breakfast was like many, a bit lackluster. I would return though with the upgraded room considering the rate and location.

The room was extremely hot went to the front desk to complain about it, and they said the air conditioning is shut off and we had to open a window opening the window cool down the room but then all the noise he could not sleep ask about your plugs he said you might be able to find some at the pharmacy down the street. could not find any air plugs, so I just wanted up the cotton pads in the restroom and it dimmed the noise. Some The Buffet was OK someone who left a plate of scrambled eggs on the counter and one day employees came by 10 minutes after I seen it laying there I just picked it up and scraped it right back into the warming pan.

The pillows are definitely not the fluffiest we have tried, nor the mattress. But the overall stay was great, the hotel as such good, the location perfect, the price reasonable and the breakfast as AMAZING – don’t forget to include it in your booking.

The hotel is in very good position, very close to the coloseum and Venezia piazza But.. The pressure of the water in the shower is poor On the 2nd day we didn’t had hot water The air-conditioning is set only to warm temperature Which forced us to open the window but the noise from the pubs was impossible, and at 5 am the noise of the garbage trucks wad intolerant The pillows were very uncomfortable

Lovely hotel, good service and nice room in a very central location next to the colosseum. Worth the slight extra for a balcony as can sit out in the sunshine. Comfortable beds, well kitted out bedrooms and very clean. Highly recommend especially the comfortable beds

Need to hear the guests needs. The breakfast was poor, the hot dishes was cold as ice. Told this to the waitress. The 4 next day was the same. Fresh cut vegetables was no fresh. Cut a few days before Ask for coffee bags for the room. After two hours call again. Never came

Good location, average four star hotel. Well located right next to the Colosseum and a pleasant walk to Spanish Steps, Treve Fountain and the lovely little streets of Rome with plethora of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Room was fine, but we visited in January and the heating was terrible! Bring layers to sleep in! The hotel is quite outdated and could do with a spruce up but it’s clean enough and the room had enough space and amenities for what it was needed for. Breakfast was average but sufficient. The gym is pretty poor, basically a hotel room converted to a “gym” but for basics it’s fine. You do however have to reserve your slot with reception in advance and you only get one hour. Details not shared on the hotel’s website. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Did I mind staying here though, not at all.…

One of the worst hotel service. We have booked hotel since 30th December to 4th January. But our children got sick (temperature 39 degrees above zero). So we want to cancel entry or reschedule to a later date. But Hotel stuff refused. By the way they also refused to return back all money for our New year Eve dinner (about 600 euros)!! So we got back for our rooms only 1200 euros. More than 2000 euros Hotel did not return!! We will never book this hotel again.

The hotel is located in a good area, the rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms were cleaned every day. I would love to return to this hotel again in the future. The hotel is very close to the Colosseum and a 15-minute walk from the other main sites in Rome

Stayed here recently and enjoyed our visit to Rome . Hotel is in a great location within a few minutes walk to the Colosseum and also with a metro very near by . We had a very spacious room on the 8th floor with a balcony with great views of the City . Breakfast was very good with a great selection to choose from . Staff were really friendly and helpful at all times .
