  Old style 5* hotel near Estepona, old style tv (no Flat screen) in our room, staff was just ok but not very friendly, high price, buffet breakfast was not 5*.In fact you don’t get 5* treatment in this hotel.

  The food and restaurant serrvice was very disappointing and the spa arrangements baffling. Beware that the spa break offer of spa entry and a treatment in teh inclusive price applies to a single day, irrespective of the number of days you stay. Disingenuous at best, a con at worst.

  Location is good. There is a very good approach to the sea with no road or etc. between. However be aware of the fact that the sea is rather cold in that place and is not for swimming. Staf is friendly. Rooms are really very big (to big to my taste).

  This is not a 5* or even not a 4* hotel. Once I believe it was really a good one, but definitely not in it’s today’s condition. The rooms and other facilities in the hotel including the spa are urgently waiting for a plumber to come!!! The facilities are very old-fashioned, but really not in a charming way. TVs are old and hardly working. Wifi is working very poor, at a very low speed and only in the lobby zone. Rooms are rather dirty, cleaning of the rooms is very poor. There is really bad quality of food in the a la cart restorants. It seams that the owners just can not afford this hotel and the management is very bad or …… :(((( I believe it is missleading then booking suggests this hotel as a 5* :(((((

  The staff was really not at the level for this hotel. When we arrrived they gave us a room very far away with almost no view. We asked at the reception if they had a room in the same category, but not so far away from the swimming pool and the restaurants and they said no. after 5 minutes discussing amoung them, they gave us a room with a better view and closer than the previous one. The woman who told us there were no rooms was quite rude. Also, this hotel should not be listed in the Small Luxury Hotels of the world. First, because it is not small, and secondly because it does not fit in the luxury category.
