Conditions

Leora Beachfront Apartments – Conditions:

• A security deposit of Rs 20,000 is required upon check-in. This may be deducted from the latter within 30 days of departure against any breakages, excessive cleaning or loss to property. Should the value of broken items exceed the security deposit, The Company reserves the right to claim any excess to the guest.
• Bookings made more than 15 days prior to check-in are subject to Price Change or Cancellation.
• The property has a zero-tolerance policy for noise and misconduct. The property has the right to evict guests or take action against them.
• Baby cot and high chairs can be organised without any supplement but are subject to availability.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs can be secured against a supplement, except during PEAK season (22 Dec – 09 Jan), where the supplement is equivalent to the cost of one (1) full night.
• A valid Mauritian National Identity Card or residence permit should be presented upon check-in. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current public rate.
• Price may vary between days, months and seasons (See Calendar for price for specific date)

• Less than 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• 15 to 7 days prior to guest’s arrival = 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

• Less than 15 days prior to guest’s arrival = 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Hi there I lived in apartment “b4” and it has an amazing view in front of the swimming pool and the beach. 100% you will love the view. Residents are kind but do not be noisy at later evening and early morning. The place is quiet and romantic. Housekeeping comes everyday do their job in perfect way. There’s saggy box you can put your important stuff on it and be comfortable. Ashley is the manager, he is a very respectful man. Always he offers what can he help to enjoy our vocation. Just be aware of couple things. You have to walk 10 minutes to get to the grocery store, and there are not enough restaurant choices around the complex. But if you plan to cook the kitchen is full prepared, just bring your food with you. One resident has complained because of the noise. Notice we are a family of 7 members. So there have to be a little voice.

The apartment was very well-equipped, in close proximity to supermarkets/nice local restaurants & strategically located to explore the best of Southern Mauritius. The beach offered a good spot for snorkeling with my daughter. And if arriving late (& hungry) to the property, the chef dinner service is quite convenient to arrange. Lots of rocks do not make the beach strip that good, especially for kids.

Lovely sea view apartment with lots of space for a relaxing family vacation. Close to the beach, shops etc Welcoming and friendly staff. Always available if needed. The apartment was serviced every day.

The hotel is located on the West Coast. The difference from the East Coast Hotel is that the beach feels different. The East Coast Hotel has a flat beach with fine sand, while the West Coast Hotel has many beach reefs and coarse sand, Conch, shrimp and fish. Leora is very suitable for daze to watch the scenery. You can make a cup of tea in the morning and stay at the beach for a long time. Of course, it is also convenient to go out and play. Dolphin Bay is nearby, ten minutes away. There is a small supermarket near the hotel, which needs basic food, but to make very rich food, you still have to go to U Express a little further away.

Let’s go relax with my family. The room had all the amenities. Very good-natured staff, quickly resolve all issues. The view from the room opens up very romantic and picturesque, especially during sunset. On the balcony there is a barbecue, which makes it possible to indulge yourself with delicacies every evening.
