Hotel not renovated for a long time – outdated, quite dirty, poor choice of food. Dirty tables. Drinks in 0.2l plastic cups unless you tip. I do not recommend at this price there are much better hotels.
We visited the hotel in July this year. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hygiene is ok. We had WiFi in the room all the time. The hotel is close to a very beautiful, neat and spacious beach. There are waves all the time. The water is cloudy because of them but very warm and clean. There are some rocks at the bottom, so it is convenient to have water shoes. There is fine sand at the approach to the sea. There are no rocks or stones. The bad side of the hotel is the restaurant. We bought the AI service but got something else. The choice of food is bad. There is no self-service. The snack bar is very bad. Spaghetti and fries every day. Mostly frozen meat on the grill. Not fresh. Water slide at the pool works three times a day for half an hour. The children were very disappointed. The water in the large pool is cold. Drinks are also not self-service. You wait in line. The staff is very friendly.…
My wife and I are travelling a lot and usually stay at 4-stars hotels. Also this hotel is a “4-star hotel” but it is not true. Maximum 3 minus from my point of view. The room was clean anyway and that is positive but: -Most of the waiters had big problem to speak English and they have no sense of service. -The main courses was very simple, like food for schoolchildrens -During the dinners there was music and enetertainments so loud so it was impossible to talk around the table, so we ate the lunch and dinner at other restaurants. -The air conditioning in the lobby was shut down late afternoon so it was ver hot there and also in the elevators. -The sunbeds on the beach was not 4-star quality. I have not wrote this if we had been informed from the travel agency that this hotel is a 2+/3- hotel.…
Very nice and frendly hotel. I have been there tree times and all time happy:) Restoran manager Yilmaz is so so frendly and helpful person. I come back again september. Nice holiday was there. Thank you so much.
Hotel is not good for this price.Food is so bad, have little choese. Hotel dont have animation. Beach is drty and dont have toilet on the beach. Beach bar is for two hotels and this is not good. Ambrelas on the beach are broken. One thinks is good…hotel and rooma are clean.
The services of this hotel were very dissapponting. Although it was 4* All inclusive, I would hardly give it 3*. I would start with the food that was the most dissapointing part. We stayed for 8 days, and from all the meals, I would say that only one dinner was what we expected, with live cooking show and sweets that Turkey is known for (it was the only time we had baclava, for refference). The other days, all meals lunch and dinner consisted of 1 type of cream soup/meal, 1 dish of some kind of re-heated meat with sauce and 3 types of garnish (one of which was always bulgur), with the same varieties of salads, cheeses and sweets everyday (none traditional). As a result of the bad food, I got food poisoning one of the days. Regarding the drinks, there was a very limited variety included in the price of our all inclusive pack: still water, Coca Cola, Sprite, some kind of powder Fanta from a dispenser, tea and 1 type of beer. Everything else was with a cost. Including sparkling whater, which I once requested during a dinner, when a waiter asked if we want something to drink, to which I was replied that “sparkling whater is special service, and he could only bring us still water”. The cleaning of the rooms meant only floor sweaping. Our towels were changed only once in our last day of staying. Also, the ladies were mostly coming in the afternoon when most of the guests are sleeping or relaxing in the room and would prefare not to be bothered. Last but not the least, the private beach the hotel had was in an area where water was suddenly getting very deep and full of rocks that you could easily get injured. Sunbeds and umbrelas were dirty and the beach bar with the same very limited offer of drinks from a dospenser with plastic glasses that everyone was touching to pick one (since we already forgot about Covid restoctions…). Clearly not suitable for families with children. We were very dissapointed about our staying at this hotel, would not reccomend and would not come to this area again.…

This place is absolutely amazing. From the front desk to housekeeping. Will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Great pool, amazing food & for those bathroom singers, great entertainment. Wish I wasn’t leaving tomorrow but I know I will return again soon.
Service was excellent and hotel staff from manager to waitress were all very kind and helpfull. Food was good and there were different themes every night. Pool area is nice, pools are not warmed. Family room was compact and we got enough water to rooms when we asked. Hotel is in Opa area and there are many restaurants and bazaar kind of stores near. Taxi to centre of Alanya costs 3 euros. Altogether, very good value to money. We enjoyed very much ecpecially because of the nice staff. Thank you!! -Stefan, Mari and girls
I want to express my deep gratitude to the hotel and the manager for the quick check-in and good service. The breakfasts in this hotel are very good, my mother and I liked the whole family lived for a long time. Thank you very much. You are my favorite hotel.
