The employee (young lady with piercings) who served us was absolutely rude to our group of 23 people. We booked in advance and didn’t have rooms reserved. Then we were taken to another hotel, which had a broken bed! We booked doubles and they gave us a single! What makes the publicity of being suites, are normal rooms and without quality. It was too bad to be true. Breakfast was good and after this sad episode, the other employees were polite and very helpful. Too bad that an employee manages to spoil an entire service and a team that, of course, strives to serve the customer well

Most reviews are once someone has stayed but I wanted to share my recent experience after I was forced to cancel due to COVID-19. When I contact the hotel and explained my cruise to Kiel and Flights back home were cancelled they explained their cancellation policy. I had a non-refundable room. Once the ‘lockdown’ and travel restrictions were applied over the days I was due to stay they refunded the full amount without any penalty. The response was always swift and professional. Thank you for understanding my situation and arranging a full refund.

Stayed at this hotel for one night before a cruise. It is located three blocks from the central train station and across from the train station is the mall. There is a food court in the mall. The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast for a fee. The room was big, clean and the desk help was very helpful. There is a pharmacy about two blocks from the hotel and a grocery store near. The price was right for such a beautiful room. You cannot go wrong on this hotel.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the city center. Rooms was clean and really big, a lot of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Private parking against a fee. We had dinner in the restaurant. No kids meal but no problem splitting a dish from the menu up on 2 plates for the kids.

Hotel has no Air Conditioning and outdoors was +30C Staff friendly, very helpful, and polite Room telephone was still set from the last owner Best Western Dinner was nice but breakfast was missing a bit Room had only one set of towels

We stayed two nights on this hotel. Good, clean and quite rooms. Easy payed Parking just outside the hotel. The breakfast on the hotel is good. But take the time to go to visit the restaurants in town in the evening. The hotel restaurant is not worth spending money on for eating at night. The hotel has a bar, which was strangely closed on a Sunday evening with a full hotel. There is 20 minutes walk to town. So bring a bike or take a bus. Buses leave just outside the hotel.

Hotel clean, staff friendly and very helpful, polite and pleasant. Was surprised when I checked in and was asked to pay a deposit for my stay as the bill would be large. On the downside, I do not like paying to park in hotel car park when I am staying at hotel. ( 8 euros per night soon adds up).

I had four nights reservation between 22nd-26th of April and the 4th night in the hotel card reader didn’t work and i couldn’t enter my room to sleep. Receptionist tried couple of different ways to open the door and couldn’t suceed than he said he can not do anything to help. Hotel was full and they didn’t offer a room. I had to sleep on floor in a common area. It was the worst night ever.

My reservation for 4 days but the last night i had to sleep on floor in a common area because of unqualified employees. They don’t care about customers. Don’t choose that hotel even in emergency situation. If you have reservation, there is a risk not to get your room and sleep on floor.

Location is amazing and I mean it. Rooms not sp good. Reception staff was nice. Look, to be honest, the hotel is very very basic but clean an so close to everything. I don’t know if it’s my type of hotel but I don’t mind coming back here.
