haha. i just saw a couple of reviews saying how disgusting place is this. honestly.. we travelled to Athens last week, booked something quickly on our first night – this place. we loved it. we couldnt stop laughing. for us it was super funny and sexy, too. yes, one wall was fully mirrored, yes, there were many porn channels and yes, room colours and materials were weird, too. but i just call them stylish 😀 anyway, for us, as a couple finally being able getting away for a week – was fun and interesting. we had the best shower there. we did no noice all night (except a few steps from above – but no moaning. except ours 😀 ) seriously, if u r open minded and fun person, book it. (not with kids and family though :D)
Everything in this establishment is TERRIBLE. The most DISGUSTING hotel I have ever been. It’s not a hotel. It is a BROTHEL. People come, check-in for 2 hours, the cleaning ladies, who work 24/7, clean for 15 minutes while the next couple is pending to check in. You hear the moaning and screaming from every room as it’s in your own room. Its impossible to sleep. It’s a NIGHTMARE! If you try to turn the volume on of the TV, you find what? Bunch of porno channels!!!! The brochure of the hotel is advertising the property as a sex hotel as well, and Booking has to delist this brothel immediately!!!! Everyone in Athens is aware what kind of hotel is this one and is looking judgmental at you. The smoking is permitted everywhere and the establishment smells terrible, but I guess it is the least important. In the rooms are no cover sheets no shelves or a single wardrobe, simply because no one sleeps there. There is hardly a light. It’s like you are in a cave. Had to use my phone’s torch to track down my stuff. Couldn’t stay there even one night! No need to say I could get a sleep of total 1 hour because of the moaning and groaning of women as someone is cutting their bodies on pieces! Or maybe the hotel gives a reward for the noisiest contestant. Who knows…..…
We were drawn to it by its amazing location, very close to our beloved Glyfatha shopping area and its lovely outside look. BIG MISTAKE When we entered the smell of BROTHEL hit our noses like a slap. The room was exctly what you would expect in a brothel with round bed, mirrors everywhere, red everywhere too. Did I mention the smell? We decided, to stay only one night instead of the three we had booked as we had no other booking possible. Next day we went just a few metres up the road to a lovely family place called THE BLUE SKY.
Couples rent it for few hours. Had to listen sex sound till 1am. Should not be advertised as a hotel. Bravo to receptionists. Very professional and polite. Room clean but run down a bit. Needs remodeling. Bathroom extremely small. Breakfast not suitable for people with celiakia
Well, i expected it to be better than this, but it was just fine for a 3 nights stay,, staff are super friendly, location is perfect in the heart of glyfada, everything was in walking distance, so close to the beach, restaurants and night life area, the room was a little bit not well maintained, the jacuzzi was perfect, and everything else was fine, i would advise if they keep good maintenance of the room, it has a weird style with the furniture and paintings but yet was interesting and nice experience, a very little bit overpriced but it could be for the jacuzzi . Anyway was nice experience and thank you guys, i would stay there again .
We booked this hotel for two weeks, but could only hold out for two nights.. Got a room at the top floor. We had ordered a non-smoking room but ashtrays stood at the bedside table. Probably therefore there were no smoke alarms in the room, only in the hallway. We only had two sliding windows which was covered for on the outside – therefore impossible to get out in case of fire in the hallway og neighbor room. It is extremely loud, (like, you would not believe that there was no doors between the rooms) we could clearly hear three different couples having sex, day and night. Later during our trip, a taxi driver told us that everyone in Glyfada know that this hotel is for “couples who just want a night of fun”. They have this really thick and fluffy wall-to-wall carpet which felt dirty. One of the doors in the shower was missing. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the center of Glyfada, and the beaches. And the staff are very nice and helpful. We requested to change to a room with smoke alarms, which they did not have. There were no problem to change to a new hotel and they only took charge for the nights we had stayed.…
Hotel is not bad… position is fantastic! Glyfada is a place to be during the good season. Surrounded by planty of places to dine and get drinks, it’s a nice place to be. Rooms in the hotel might need a bit of make up. It’s more an hotel for lovers than for business people, but it’s not disturbing you if you are looking for a quite place. Price/quality ration… good!
This hotel is an adult hotel, just to set the record straight. We walked in, asked for a room for a few hours, we were given a key and that’s it.. no name, no registration card no nothing. Interesting boudoir ish decoration, borderline tacky with round bed and mirrors in front and over it. Not the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in. Found a hair on the bath towel, even though the towels were rapped in plastic bags. Check out was even quicker that the check in. We paid 25 euros for 4 hours and left.
Small hotel and room small too. But really near this hotel the very very good beaches. Service is good, yes. And quickly wi-fi. Good design inside. But now there is repair and impossible to sleep. I hope renovated this place would be pretty decent.
Was a Great Stay at this hotel ! Thank you to everyone who had made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. It was our first visit to the Glyfada – Athens and the hotel but we hope it will not be the last!
