Stayed in Las Piramides Novemebr last year for a week all inclusive. Food was nice but became quite repetitive towards the end of the week. Not a lot sun loungers were provided for around pool areas and there and was no outdoor seating arrangements for the evening. When booking trips for days out, we travelled with Thomas Cook, therefore, thought it would be easier to book day excursions through the hotel rep. However, we soon discovered that the prices were actually overpriced and that we could have got them a lot cheaper by people selling day excursions on the street. I would not recommend people to not book through Thomas cook as the added price is their commission. On a positive note, the alcohol was very good (not watered down) and the staff were very friendly. However,…

Basic hotel, pool area lack seating at night. Local drinks on the all inclusive left a lot to be desired. Pool area smelt of sewage constantly. Not that it was used much but coin operated tv was not working fully. Food was ok. Never saw the pool cleaned at any point in my stay. No air con etc. You get what you pay for.

We arrived and the reception was amazing, The porter on the other hand was very upsetting. They dont help you at all, and there was a poor old fellow who couldnt keep up and the porter did not help him with his bags. Very very sad!!! Pools were nice, but the bars were terrible. Beer, and only two tiny glasses, shots or soda. They didnt have a clue how to make any cocktails at all. We were basically locked out of the complex, and put in the farthest corner which was upsetting for us, and when we lost our keycard to get INTO the complex, they wanted us to pay 3 euros for a new one on our last day. And we saw no cockroaches at all anywhere!!! It was a clean, functional environment, Not a place we would stay again but its a decent enough place.

Right too many negatives on here for what is a hotel that’s too big for what it offers. Can see how in June, July and August this hotel struggles as the dining room and pool areas are not big enough BUT AND YES THERE IS A BUT! What do you expect? Went on a lads last minute holiday 3 of us ages 27-35 Spent 350 on an all inclusive week 24/9-1/10. 3 of us in a 1 bed apartment. Apartment decent sized CLEAN! Hob microwave fridge – what more do you want? Bathroom was shower so no prob ok the tv what you have to pay for is laughable but who watches tv in their room? As for the pool areas yeas there are not enough beds but there are 3 pools areas and always I found a bed. After reading so many negatives about the food we all took extra spending money to have all meals out BUT…

me and my girlfriend went here for a week on the 19th of September, the hotel is very nice clean and fairly modern. the food was horrendous which let it down and it was a little noisy at night which we expected being on holiday. if you don’t mind noise at night (or just take ear plugs) and have enough money to eat out a few times a week then i guarantee you will enjoy this holiday. ideal for young couples! if you are worried about the reviews don’t be, some people are just never happy !!!!!!

we arrived to be greeted by an average reception area. So far so good. On arriving in the room the first thing of note was the coin operated box for the TV and no air con…not what is expected in a 21st century hotel. The room was basic but essentially clean on arrival however in the 7 days we stayed the room was cleaned 3 times including the bins being emptied. Beds changed once and towels changed about the same. Hotel was full of 18-30 single sex groups which led to all night drunken partying in the hallways when the clubs closed and excessive noise. Food was limited in choice but of reasonable quality but for those who chose all -inclusive all the soft and alcoholic drinks were served in paper cups. Not a hotel for those wishing to go out in the day and sleep at night.

Me and my husband have had 10 days at this resort 17th 27th Sep A/I What can I say we booked with Thomas Cook the flight was late boarding transfer took 50 minutes to find thanks to a very rude Thomas Cook rep at the airport a First Choice rep found our transfer for us bye bye Thomas Cook. Arrival at the resort no air conditioning even though the advert said it had all been refurbished the room was clean but no air. The food not to bad for all inclusive ,drinks you can only get two little plastic cups everytime you go to the bar so you spend a lot of time waiting to be served as most of the staff are very unfriendly with the exception of a few one been Monica who dose her bets to keep the children amused and seems to do all the filling in around the resort. During the ten…

Me an my husband went here for our honeymoon (last min booking) When we arrived we was put into a room which was unbelievable noisy, people banging on the door all night. Screaming and shouting. The next day we asked to be moved as was to a much quite room. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool however no chairs or tables for the evening to sit out. The food was very repetitive and not of a good standard paella most nights, but they do have a good salad variety! Entertainment is poor. I would say if your young and are wanting to party this is the hotel for you, if you would like a quieter and mores sophisticated holiday dont!

First time to Tenerife. Weather was amazing while we were there and the local area was great. The hotel however was poor. Advertised check in was 2pm. we arrived at 1pm and where instructed we couldn’t check in, which is totally fair enough so we went and had lunch and returned about an hour and a half later only to find out our room still wasn’t ready, which usually wouldn’t be a major issue however when you have got up at 2am and travelled nearly 6 hours to get somewhere things seem a lot worse then they really are. Bad start. We woke up the next day and wanted put the bad check in behind us. Breakfast (as all meals) was really good, Lovely choices and plentiful. Lunch and Dinner where the same, we liked the choices and we didn’t eat out once while we were away as we felt the…

I went here 9-16th of september, website recommended it as a family hotel, 800m from the beach with aircon and entertainment. The hotel itself wasn’t too bad apart from the rude staff and NO entertainment! Not good for a family with a two year old! There wasn’t any noise from Veronicas Strip thankfully, as there was no aircon we usually slept with the balcony open. The pool area is lovely, and the best thing about this holiday was the cleaners! Playa de las americas was a lovely place and if i was going on a holiday with my friends this hotel would have been great but for a young family i definitely would advise you to stop elsewhere. We stayed all inclusive and couldn’t fault the food and the amount of choice, all in all i think it’s good value for money but its unsuitable for…
